Victor Dominguez
Pastor Victor is a native of Santiago, Dominican Republic, and leads Iglesia Bautista Remanente de Cristo. He and his wife, Johanka, have three children. Pastor Victor preaches and leads workshops, partnering with local churches to strengthen the body of Christ.

Job Florestant
Originally from Gonaiives, Haiti, Pastor Job shepherds Eglise Baptiste Armée du Christ in Santiago, Dominican Republic. He and his wife, Orane, have two children. Fluent in French, Haitian Creole, and Spanish, Pastor Job is presently planting a church in the community of Laguna Prieta.

Francisco Rosario
Pastor Francisco, a Baptist Reformed pastor from Barahona, Dominican Republic, leads Pincipio Y El Fin Iglesia Misionera. He and his wife, Claudia, have one son. Pastor Francisco collaborates with other local churches like Followers of Jesus of Altamira to equip and encourage believers.

Frantzdy Francois
Pastor Frantzdy leads Iglesia Bautista Por Fe in Pedernales, Dominican Republic. He and his wife, Linda, have three sons. Fluent in Spanish, English, French, and Haitian Creole, Pastor Frantzdy uses his language skills to partner with churches like Iglesia Bautista de Ávila in evangelism, preaching, and community outreach.

Rafael Rodriguez
Rafael Rodriguez is an evangelist and church planter church in Maracay, Venezuela. By God’s grace, he is in the process of planting a church in central Maracay and actively preaches and teaches in the surrounding community, in prisons and plazas. He extends his ministry to those who are homebound due to health or challenging living conditions. His commitment to spreading the Gospel is a beacon of hope in Venezuela’s current socioeconomic climate.

Leonel Riviere
Leonel Riviere is a passionate evangelist serving in Capotille and Ouanaminthe, Haiti. Despite many hardships in Haiti, he continues to serve faithfully, leading Bible studies, discipling new believers, and overseeing the distribution of Bibles, food, clothing, and medicine. His fluency in three languages makes him a valuable asset in communicating effectively with diverse communities.

Antonio Salgado
Antonio serves as a director of BCM, overseeing ministry efforts in the Dominican Republic, Haiti, and Venezuela.
Originally from Tampa, Florida, Antonio has served full-time in the Dominican Republic since 2012. His ministry experience extends beyond the Dominican Republic, encompassing collaborations with churches and individuals in the USA, Mexico, Haiti, and Venezuela.
The vision for BCM was birthed out of a desire to support and equip local believers laboring faithfully in their own contexts, often with limited resources. He is passionate about fostering partnerships to advance the Gospel both locally and internationally.
