TEAM MEMBERS

Victor Dominguez

Pastor Victor is a native of Santiago, Dominican Republic, and leads Iglesia Bautista Remanente de Cristo. He and his wife, Johanka, have three children. Pastor Victor preaches and leads workshops, partnering with local churches to strengthen the body of Christ.

Job Florestant

Originally from Gonaiives, Haiti, Pastor Job shepherds Eglise Baptiste Armée du Christ in Santiago, Dominican Republic. He and his wife, Orane, have two children. Fluent in French, Haitian Creole, and Spanish, Pastor Job is presently planting a church in the community of Laguna Prieta.

Francisco Rosario

Pastor Francisco, a Baptist Reformed pastor from Barahona, Dominican Republic, leads Pincipio Y El Fin Iglesia Misionera. He and his wife, Claudia, have one son. Pastor Francisco collaborates with other local churches like Followers of Jesus of Altamira to equip and encourage believers.

Frantzdy Francois

Pastor Frantzdy leads Iglesia Bautista Por Fe in Pedernales, Dominican Republic with missions in Avil and Guayacanes. He and his wife, Linda, have three sons. Fluent in Spanish, English, French, and Haitian Creole, Pastor Frantzdy uses his language skills to partner with churches like Iglesia Bautista de Ávila in evangelism, preaching, and community outreach

Rafael Rodriguez

Our missions coordinator in Venezuela, Rafael Rodriguez is an evangelist and church planter church in Maracay, Venezuela. By God’s grace, he is in the process of planting a church in central Maracay and actively preaches and teaches in the surrounding community, in prisons and plazas. He extends his ministry to those who are homebound due to health or challenging living conditions. His commitment to spreading the Gospel is a beacon of hope in Venezuela’s current socioeconomic climate.

Leonel Riviere

Our missions coordinator in Haiti, Leonel Riviere is a passionate evangelist serving in Capotille and Ouanaminthe, Haiti. Despite many hardships in Haiti, he continues to serve faithfully, leading Bible studies, discipling new believers, and overseeing the distribution of Bibles, food, clothing, and medicine. His fluency in three languages makes him a valuable asset in communicating effectively with diverse communities.

Gabriel Flores

Gabriel serves as a strategic and resilient leader in Maracay, Venezuela, actively pastoring the Hesed Christian Community Church plant. His ministry is defined by a commitment to holistic ministry that rigorously integrates the preaching of the Word with crucial acts of physical provision. He leads active evangelism campaigns in local schools and the Central Hospital, often collaborating with fellow BCMS partner and mission coordinator Rafael Rodríguez to model collaborative church planting in the city.

Rodelin Saint-Fleur

Rodelin Saint-Fleur is a dedicated and persevering servant who leads a church plant in the Karakòl community of Otou, Haiti. His primary ministry is characterized by patience and reliance on God in a context marked by limited resources and high transiency, as he focuses on discipleship of a core group and consistent evangelistic outreach in surrounding communities.

Alejandro Delgado

Alejandro Delgado is a dedicated expositor and missionary focused on reaching the demanding Andean highland communities in Mérida, Venezuela. He pastors Chachopo Baptist Church while leading missions into surrounding high-altitude areas. His commitment lies in systematic Bible teaching and discipleship, complemented by coordinated outreach and mercy ministry.




BOARD MEMBERS

Doug & Deanna Zook 

Doug owns and oversees several small businesses from his cattle ranch near Lovell, Wyoming. He also serves as Director of Aviation for ABWE, a Baptist missions organization, and as a board member of Disciples Worldwide Aviation, a nonprofit dedicated to training missionary pilots and mechanics for gospel work around the world.  Doug and his wife, Deanna, are blessed with eight children and nine grandchildren. Deanna serves as Secretary for BCMS. Together, Doug and Deanna share a passion for Christ and for reaching the unreached with the hope of the gospel.

Scott Brake 

Scott owns and manages Expedition Roofing in Palm Bay, Florida, and volunteers at Wings of Grace, a local ministry that uses aviation as a platform to share the gospel with teens. Scott and his wife, Kara, are the joyful parents of one young daughter. Together, Scott and Kara share a heart for serving the Lord and a deep desire to see lives transformed through the gospel.

Antonio Salgado

Antonio serves as a director of BCMS, overseeing field ministry efforts in the Dominican Republic, Haiti, and Venezuela. Originally from Tampa, Florida, Antonio has served full-time in the Dominican Republic since 2012.

The vision for BCMS was birthed out of a desire to support and equip local pastors and leaders laboring faithfully in their own contexts, often with limited resources. He is passionate about fostering partnerships to advance the Gospel both locally and internationally. Antonio is blessed with 5 children and 2 grandchildren.
